i really liked that the hotel was super modern and clean. the onsen was also nice. i used it every evening to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
the breakfast was not the best. the lunch and bar times were too short. the lunch options were limited and the food was not great.

I found very nice value for money . The showers were really great! The laundry room was convenient. A decent fitness room was also available. I appreciated its great location. Many great places are within walking distance.
The pillows were too thick! this left me with a slight crick in my neck.

the eco cleaning did not include sweeping or making the bed. i found that surprising for a hotel of this level. my room view was not good.

The room was quite spacious. It provided sufficient area for luggage placement in the hallway. I found the room clean and well-equipped. The separate bathroom included a cute little faucet.
The pillow selection was limited. They offered only thick pillows (it gave me a crick in my neck). I experienced limited ability to lower the temperature below 20c. Only duvets were available. No sheets existed.

The eco cleaning seemed more about not sweeping the floors or even making the bed. I am totally ok with not having new towels, but not even making the bed surprised me. It felt more like a hostel. My room view was not good.

I found the staff very hospitable. they delivered our luggage to the room after holding it before check-in. the hotel provided all needed amenities and free snacks. the onsen was relaxing. I would stay again next time.
the washing machines were always occupied. it made doing laundry difficult when needed. i think more machines would be beneficial .

the hotel is near the station and many points of interest. there is a lot of good local food around. i found that most people nearby speak only japanese, but google translate was very helpful.
